Support Team

Are you passionate about web hosting, servers, and helping customers? Trivolut is looking for an enthusiastic Support Team member to join us on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will assist them with a variety of technical questions regarding their hosting packages, domain registrations, DNS settings, and email configurations. You will accurately analyze issues and provide swift solutions to ensure our clients' websites and applications always run optimally.
What will you do?
- Support customers via email, chat, and our ticketing system.
- Answer questions about web hosting, VPS, and server management.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues or downtime.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve our service quality.

• Basic to solid knowledge of web hosting concepts (such as DNS, SSL certificates, FTP, and databases).
• Familiarity with control panels like cPanel, DirectAdmin, or Plesk is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Customer-oriented, patient, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Linux or server administration is a major advantage.
